By purchasing from A MindPulse, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Important:

 

You are responsible for any customs procedures, import taxes, or duties in your country.

 

Delivery is door-to-door via FedEx or standard postal service.

 

A MindPulse processes your payment and places the order with the manufacturer. Once the order has been shipped, delivery issues are the sole responsibility of the carrier and the customer.

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

 

Warranty

All devices are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

If your device fails within one year, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge.

Note: Shipping, insurance, brokerage, and related costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

This warranty does NOT cover:

 

Shipping damage

 

Accidental damage or misuse

 

Damage caused by unauthorized handling

 

Warranty Returns:

Before sending your device for warranty service:

 

Contact [email protected] or +1 (780) 465-6463 to get a return authorization number and instructions.

 

Pack the device securely with at least 1 inch of tight padding on all sides.

 

Include your purchase receipt and a note describing the issue.

 

If shipping internationally, declare the contents as:

 

"Electronic Products Returned to Country of Origin for Warranty Repair"

Use Harmonization Code 9813.00.00.97 and declare a value of $100 USD per unit.

 

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Returns & Repairs

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.

 

Procedure:

 

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.

 

Before returning, please watch this video on fixing battery contacts yourself—this is the most common issue.

 

Pack and label your shipment carefully as described in the Warranty section.

 

All costs related to return shipping, insurance, and brokerage are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.

 

Pricing: All orders are quoted in US Dollars.

 

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Canada & USA Priority: 1–3 business days (order before 1:00 PM MT)

 

Canada & USA Economy: 2–5 business days

 

All Other Countries: 3–5 business days

FedEx does not guarantee delivery dates.
